In many instances DPD is not required for terminal applications, where Nujira's patented IsoGain® linearization can be applied to the ET shaping table to meet regulatory requirements. However, in some applications, the use of static phase-only or AMAM/AMPM precorrection can help achieve more stringent linearity or coexistence targets.

For advanced systems where ET bandwidth reduction, Carrier Aggregation and/or MIMO is employed, Nujira's advanced "2D-DPD" approach extends digital pre-distortion LUTs into the voltage dimension.

Our advanced PA characterizsation tools support extraction of 1D or 2D DPD coefficient tables from a single PA measurement in a few minutes.

Nujira's reference DPD implementations in Matlab MATLAB or hardware allow ETPA characterization using state-of-the-art memory or non-memory DPD implementations to understand what kind of distortion is present.
