Tim Haynes, Chief Executive Officer & Founder

Tim HaynesTim brings more than 20 years of Telecoms experience to Nujira, most recently UK Operations Director at Symbionics, where he had management and operations responsibility for engineering staff within the Wireless & Multimedia Division at the company's two UK Design Centres. During his eleven year tenure at Symbionics, Tim successfully founded and managed its highly successful Cellular Business Group, securing multiple multi-million dollar contracts with major Blue-Chip clients. Tim holds a first class honours degree in electrical & electronic engineering.

Bernard Morgan, Chief Financial Officer

Bernard MorganBernard, a chartered management accountant, has over 20 years of experience in senior financial management positions in the electronics industry, and has worked in VC/private equity backed companies for over 10 years. Immediately prior to joining Nujira, Bernard worked for seven years at Celoxica Holdings plc, a leading provider of accelerated computing software and solutions, culminating in the company's IPO in 2005. Prior to Celoxica he worked as Vice President, Finance, Europe at LSI Logic, and also worked for Philips for ten years in a number of divisions. Bernard is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Gerard Wimpenny, Chief Technology Officer

Gerard WimpennyGerard brings a broad knowledge of RF and Signal Processing accumulated over 20 years to Nujira. Previously, he was Technical Director of Symbionics, with responsibility for strategic R&D, design process definition, and top level technical support for business development activities. Gerard has been instrumental in delivering numerous wireless products to semiconductor vendors, infrastructure and handset manufacturers and holds an MA degree from Cambridge University.

Keith Pruden, Vice President Worldwide Sales

Keith PrudentBringing more than 20 years of sales experience to the Nujira management team, Keith was most recently the Global Vice President of Networking Sales with Agere Systems Inc. and prior to that held sales leadership positions with Agere in both Europe and Asia. Prior to joining Agere Keith ran the Wireless and Multimedia business unit for Cadence Design Systems and this followed on from his role as Northern European Sales leader for VLSI Technology. Prior to moving into sales Keith worked as an ASIC and DSP Field Application Engineer and received his engineering training and degree whilst employed by the Royal Air Force in the UK.

Julian Hildersley, Vice President of Strategy & Marketing

Julian HildersleyJulian has over 20 years of commercial and electronic and semiconductor product development experience, most recently as Operations Director of the Motorola TTPCom Product Group’s Wireless Systems Division, where he was responsible for all development and customer facing operations. Prior to this he spent 12 years at TTPCom, where he had a number of RF and silicon design roles, culminating as Managing Director of the Silicon Business Unit, which developed IP for sale to cellular phone semiconductor vendors. Before TTPCom, Julian was an RF design expert at Roke Manor Research. Julian holds an honours degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering.

David Embree, Vice President and General Manager, Americas

David EmbreeDavid has over 25 years of international senior management, marketing, technology and business development experience in the telecommunications industry. He previously held positions with Lucent Technologies including vice president, Wireless Business Management, where he was responsible for developing and managing the execution of all bids, proposals and contracts for their multi-billion dollar global CDMA wireless business. Prior to that, David was Director, Forward Looking Technology at AT&T Bell Laboratories, developing a broad range of wireless technologies. David holds a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University.

Martin Wilson, Director of Handset Technology Development & Founder

Martin WilsonMartin was a technical lead at Symbionics/Tality from 1995. He was responsible for many successful designs of  RFICs and power amplifiers for a range of personal and cellular communications applications. Prior to Symbionics Martin held senior technical positions at Pye Telecoms, Cambridge Consultants and Ferranti Microwave. He graduated in 1979 with an honours degree in physics and doctorate in electronics.

Andrew Creeke, Vice President Product Development

Andrew CreekeAndrew joined Nujira in January 2006. He has more than 17 years of product development and management experience, most recently as R&D Manager at Aeroflex Cambridge. Previous product developments have ranged from high volume consumer electronics products for Philips, through low volume high value analytical instrumentation at Unicam (now part of Thermo Scientific) and telecoms test equipment at Aeroflex. Andrew graduated in 1986 with 1st class degree in Physics and in 1989 with a doctorate in Physics, both from Imperial College, London.
