Nujira's Coolteq power modulators significantly reduce energy consumption for handset and base station transmitters by dynamically controlling the power supply to the RF Power Amplifier. Delivering PA efficiencies of 50%-60%, Coolteq enables broadband, multimode PA platforms which support all worldwide frequency bands for 3G and 4G standards. At MWC Nujira will be demonstrating its latest Coolteq.L silicon for HSPA and LTE terminal applications to selected partners and OEMs. For multimode 3G/4G infrastructure applications, Nujira will show a new generation of broadband, high efficiency PAs which enable operators to dramatically reduce energy costs and carbon emissions.
