Nujira is an ISO9001 certified company, and all our products are RoHS, REACH and Green compliant. As a fabless semiconductor company, all manufacturing is subcontracted to a range of world class suppliers, who themselves are all accredited to international standards: ISO9001, TS16949, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001.
Our supply chain consists of wafer foundry and outsourced assembly and test subcontractor partners to manufacture semiconductor products to specification. This includes wafer fabrication, wafer probe, assembly, test, as well as production analysis, and reliability testing. We ensure our supply chain partners maintain high quality standards and when selecting a new manufacturing partner, we conduct an extensive review of the company's ability to meet our high quality, business and technical requirements.
Key suppliers are evaluated on an annual basis. We look at their ability to provide us with a sustained competitive advantage in areas such as cost, environmental responsibility, technology, responsiveness, assurance of supply and quality. We work with suppliers to identify and mitigate risk and drive continuous improvement.
We are committed to delivering high quality and reliable semiconductor solutions that meet our customers' needs. Our efforts go beyond component quality. We engage with our customers and supply chain early and often to optimise quality systems from product and process development through manufacturing and delivery.
Reliability testing and analysis
We perform extensive reliability stress testing on our semiconductor products, to international accepted industry standards at accredited test laboratories. Reliability data is collected as part of our on-going reliability monitoring program and also as part of the normal product qualification process. The data is continuously updated and can be made available to customers on a request basis.
